Some people have mentioned they dont understand my quetion because I did not give enough info ...ok... Sorry I will try and explain better....
1. The network (111) comes into a switch.
3. Port A on the switch (111) leads to one of my nic cards on the ultra 5.
2. Port B on the switch goes to a firewall which creates the (222)
network. That is then connected to another switch, which has systems on it. One of
those systems is my nic card on my ultra 5.
I want to be able to access this machine from the (111) network so I can
get to machines on the (222) network.
Because the machines on the (111) network are not allowed into the (222)
network. I guess you can say I'm trying to route between these two networks
with this machine. I thought it had to do with ip_forwarding.
