Hi Gurus,
We have Solaris 9 (Genereic_112233-06 Fire V480R),
have installed Sunray Server 2 with latest patch
release 114880-01. We are using Sunray 1 and 100. On
Sunray 100, we have problem with virtual resolution ie
is not fitting on screen even though we tried to
adjust from sunray monitor and we have tried following

# utresadm -a -c IEEE802.080020f84a86 -t default
1152x900@76
but that didn't help.
What we have done is:
#eeprom output-device=screen:r1152x900x76
#m64config -res 1152x900x76 -depth 24
Error Message: m64config: /dev/fbs/m640: No such
file or directory
m64config: Continue (yes/no) ? yes
(My answer)
#utxconfig -a -r 1152x900@76
#utresadm -a -c IEEE802.080020f84a86 -t default
1152x900@76
#/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utfwsync to update firmware
and reboot
didn't work (still the hight res)
#/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utfwadm -A -a -n all
rebooted the server and turned off the SunRay100
then after
the server came back up we plugged int he SunRay100
We than pluged in a totaly new Sunray100 out of the
box, but kept
getting the same resolution (hight not the
1152x900@76).
Logged in to the SynRay100 and SHIFT-PROPS to change
the RES to
1152x900@76 that changed the res to what we want but
we still getting
the Virtual RES.

We do have SunRay1 and we have no problems with it
when connecting to
this server, the problem only shows up when we plug in
a SunRay100.
Could GURUS help me to sort out.
