NFS quota not working

I have 2 Solaris 8 machines (both identical in software config). One is
the NFS server, the other the client. I have shared (on server) and
mounted (on client) but I am unable to issue the 'quota -v <username>' and
have it return any quota info on the client.

I have mounted the system with the -o quota command and rquotad is
actually running on the server. Can anyone think of any things I might be
overlooking? Thanks.

Client mount command used: mount -o vers=3,proto=udp,quota ptp-1:/mnt /mnt

Server share command used: share -F nfs -o rw=ptp-2,root=ptp-2 /mnt
