TSL

I am trying to run SunForum in a Sun Ray environment. When trying to start SunForum I get a popup window with the message "Failed to initialize a service", then SunForum dies. I also found a log file with an entry related to this situation. The message in the log file is:
 
13:32:08:06 ** DHInit *0159*Failed to establish TSL connection
 
I have not been able to find anything to tell me what TSL or DHInit is. Does anyone know what TSL is or provide me with any other recommendations?
