Jumpstart Installing Packages to Meta Disk Partitions

Ladies and Gentlemen;
                                        I have the following scenario:
1. I have created a bootable Unix CD that copies a Third party Sun Package
to the root disk root (/) partition and then installs it via a RC3.d
script upon the first reboot. This works flawlessly to non-meta disked
systems.
2. When I attempt to install to a system that uses meta disking of the
root disk root (/) partition the Package gets loaded to the physical
device for root such as /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 just fine, however when the
system reboots the software is not seen as part of the meta disk partition
and does not install.

Is there a way to resynce the meta disk partitions so that the software is
seen after the first reboot?

Respectfully;
                     Mark Khan
