I know I ran into this problem many years ago with this strange CD but
lost my notes on it.
Using:
Solaris 7
E250 and a Enterprise 170.
I can mount this CD and traverse the directories at the top two levels
of it but I cannot see any of the files on the disk. If I recall
correctly there were a few lines I had to put in the /etc/system file
to make this CD usable. It says is it formated in ISO-9660 Level 1
format.
