Finding out the mirroring details

Hi All,
Please help me in finding out the following details on a UNIX server :

1. root disk is mirrored or not ?
2. Shared disk is mirrored or not ?
3. storage management s/w being used.
4. type of the storage device being used( eg A1000 ...).

It will be great help if you could send me the relevant commands and
the ways to inprepret the o/p of those commands.

do I need to check out some files too ? apart from relying on the commands ?
