pkgadd error

Hi
I'm having problem install Citrix via pkgadd. Below are the error
  /var/tmp/dstreAAAkkaOxd/CTXSmf/install/checkinstall:
/var/tmp/dstreAAAkkaOxd/CTXSmf/install/checkinstall: cannot open
  pkgadd: ERROR: checkinstall script did not complete successfully
I'm using root id to install and I'm sure that there is no permission problem
at /var/tmp folder.

When I login as normal user, and using sudo to pkgadd, the installation was
successful. I guess the installation trying to use some id and some how it was
not given right. Can anyone tell me what's went wrong ?
