HI sunmanagers

On solaris 8 I am trying to determine the CPU type using prtdiag.

Ahost (root)# ./prtdiag -v
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4u Sun Fire V120
System clock frequency: 100 MHz
Memory size: 1024 Megabytes

========================= CPUs =========================

                    Run Ecache CPU CPU
Brd CPU Module MHz MB Impl. Mask
--- --- ------- ----- ------ ------ ----
 0 0 0 648 0.5 13 3.3

Does anybody on this list know where I can find out what the "CPU Impl"
number refers to. On some systems I get a proper CPU type (eg US-II), others
I just get a number (like above)

Thanks in advance
John Mitchell
