Problem with storage array

Hi,

I've just relaced a disk in a Sun storage array 112. The whole box is
not yet configured (ie. no metadevices). I now get the message
"ssd_synchronize_cache_failed". Has anybody seen this, and if so, is
there a cure r do I have a second fault.
