Hello All,
I'm attempting to install a Sunswift card on an Ultra 1. I've completed the
physical installation but 'show-devs' at the boot prompt doesn't pick up
either the card's ethernet device or its SCSI-2 device i.e. the card isn't
being seen at all by the Ultra 1. I've tried the Sunswift card on another
Ultra 1 and it's not picked up by that either. Is there any other
troubleshooting I can do before I assume I've got a dead card? I've checked
the card seating etc. and it seems to be OK .... and as far as I know, these
cards are pretty much "plug-and-play" (if you'll excuse the terminology from
a different platform), right? Any help appreciated...
