Mounting NFS partition when booting single on CDROM

Is it possible when booting cdrom -s

# boot cdrom -s

to mount an NFS partion from another host??

# mount -F nfs hostname:/DATA1 /a

I tried it and got an RPCbind error.

I know I can mount local partitions on /a but how about
nfs shares from other machines?
