help with LCD monitor

Hello,
I configured my cgsix sbus card at resolution 1024x768x60Hz

I can use it perfectly with a Sony Multiscan G420

instead if I Attach a Acer AL707 LCD monitor,
I can't see nothing.

I use a converter to convert output from cgsix plug to VGA plug and it
works with the Sony monitor but I Cannot see nothing on the LCD monitor.
anyone has some hints?

I use standard VGA cables connected to my cgsiz thru VGA-SUN video
converter.
