Mouse pointer size

Hello all,

I'd like to know if there is some way to increase the
mouse pointer size whithout having to change the
resolution.
A user wants to use a high resolution, which in turn
lets the cursor small.
I looked in all CDE customization options but I
couldn't find a way.
