Sorry to bother you again with this question, but I have not really got any
answer for it. So posting it again...

Hi,

it is hard to figure out what exact causes it, but one of our SunRays
regularly loose respons from its mouse after the display went to sleep (long
inactivity) and the user hits the keyboard to awake it.

On another setup, I have the same symptom, but when using Smartcards on the
SunRays to gain access to desktop sessions.

I think this situation only occurs when the device actually went 'asleep'.

Moving the mouse in another USB port doesn't fix it.
Replacing the mouse with another mouse doesn't fix it.

The SunRay server software version is 2.0

The SunRays are brand new.

In the first setup, I have this occurance on 1 of the 2 SunRays in that
environment.

In the second setuop (with the Smartcards), I have this occurance on 1 of
the 15 SunRays in that environment.

Anyone has any clue what might be the reason? SUN Support doesn't know...

TIA

Rob
