Sun Management Console problem on SunFire 480

Hi managers,

I have a SunFire 480, with 8 GB, of RAM, 4 CPU, 2 Internal Drives of 36
GB and a T3 (9x72GB).

When I use the Sun Management Console, the program startup4s but I have
the following error:

EXM_GUI_CANT_CONNECT_NO_CIMON

Then, I am unable to use the tools of SMC.

In a lab I tried to simulate the same error and what I did was uninstall
all the pakages of SMC, and reinstall it! , the SMC works without errors
but is unable to manage the system

Any Help will be appreciate!
