system panic

To sunmanagers,
One of our solaris machines, a Sun sparcstation 20, has been
giving us problems lately. After I reinstalled solaris the machine
booted up fine and I was able to log in, but it seems that sometimes
when you try to log out the sytem goes into a panic. These are the
error messages it gave us:

panic: memory address alignment
syncing file system
skipping system dump - no dump drive configured

panic: Data fault
syncing file systems...
SunOS Release 5.7 Version Generic [UNIX(R) System V Release 4.0]
Copyright (c) 1983-1998, Sun Microsystems, Inc.
vac: enabled in copyback mode
cpu0: Ross,RT625 (mid 8 impl 0x1 ver 0x7 clock 125 MHz)

panic: srmmu_pteload - pt overlay
syncing file systems... 1 1 mappable, rev 11
cpu 0 initialization complete - onlin

We were thinking that since it says that there isn't a dump drive
configured it might be a hardware problem possibly with the hard drive
controller. Has anyone seen these types of errors before? Thanks for
any help you can give.
