Sorry folks, my previous message was not completed, I'll try again.

I have a Iplanet (Sun ONE ) web. server question. Not sure if this is the
correct list to put this type of question... but I'll post it any ways.

I have two servers,
 First one Solaris 9, Iplanet web server V. 6.0P2
 Second one Solaris 9, Iplnet web V. 6.0SP5

Now when I search for a word with a French accent for example ( Bibliothhque
)
the result Biblioth?que

The local on both servers are

LANG=en_CA
LC_MONETARY=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_TIME=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_CTYPE=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_COLLATE=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_NUMERIC=en_CA.ISO8859
