Hi,
When I used 'nfsstat -s' and 'nfsstat -c' on both the server and the client,
I saw there are both Version 2 calls and Version 3 calls, and Version 3
calls are much more than the Version 2 calls. I am using Solaris 2.6.
My questions:
1) Where do these Version 2 calls come from? and how to find? - if the
default NFS version under Solaris 2.6 is 3.
2) On the client, if I use 'nfsstat -m', I can NOT find any 'vers=2'. How
does it have some Version 2 calls if I use 'nfsstat -c'?
3) Do nfs_acl calls occur when the client tries to access files which have
ACL permissions configured?
4) Does anyone use the freeware 'NFSWATCH'? Is it a good tool?
Thank you in advance! I will summarize if get the right answers.
