Hi,

One of my D1000 drives is unformated. I got the following message when I tried to format it using 'format':

disk may be able to be reformatted this way if an earlier
formatting operation was interrupted by a power failure or

by format verification and surface analysis.

Does this mean the drive itself is bad? Or these is something else I can do. The led for this is drive on the the D1000 is green. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Lin
