SCSI connection in E3500

Hi gurus,

I have a little problem with a pair of E3500 and two D1000 disks arrays.

Both machines are connected to two D1000 units using the SCSI connection
that two Sbus SCSI hba cards provide to the hosts. The hba's are separate
parts (I mean, they are not the integrated SCSI), and they are located in
the sbus slots of the I/O boards.
This setup has Sun Cluster 3.0, Volume Manager and Oracle installed. It is
working without any problem.

I tried to add two more D1000 units to the cluster, so I need to connect
each D1000 to both nodes, so I decided to use the SCSI connectors that are
"bundled" with the Sbus I/O cards. I connected the 3rd and 4rd D1000 in the
same wiring configuration than the other working units (each unit in daisy
chained configuration connected simultaneously to both nodes), and powered
them. After that I launch a "devfsadm" on each node, but the servers didn't
see the newly added disks (at least the format command doesn't show them).

I decided then to shutdown one node, and reboot it with "boot -rxv", so I
booted in non cluster mode, reconfiguring devices and in verbose mode. This
was done with no luck and no new disks could be observed during the boot
process.
I suspect that probably the integrated SCSI ports are disabled, or even are
not configured because of the existence of another hba's in the system.

In order to clarify my environment, this is the hw setup reported by
"prtdiag -v":

The obvious question is ?how to connect the additional pair of D1000 to the
3500 boxes?

Thank you in advance for your help.
