mails in another directory

Hi all,

 I have to configure a solaris box as a email server.It
 has sendmail 8.9.3 with the recent patches installed.

 1. I want the mails to be in a new directory other than
 /var/mail.

 2. I want to set quota on this mail say 10mb for each user.

 can this be done by changing anything in sendmail.cf file?

 please help me with ur suggestions.
