question about mail configuration

I am using a Help Desk tool, which can receive trouble tickets via http and
mail.
To setup that I have edited /etc/aliases as below
blzbkup: "|/etc/smrsh/perl /home/httpd/cgi-bin/teacupmail.pl"
I would like to configure in such a way that I can receive mails from
Exchange server, which BTW has above email account.
Any help will be highly appreciated. I will summarize
