Live Upgrade and Flash

I am managing an environment of SunFire 280Rs running Solaris9. I am currently using flash archive to create backup images of the drives. We have requests come in to load the environment (all servers) to a specific date (2 weeks ago or so). I use Live Upgrade to push the Flash image to the second drive (drive 1), then boot all the systems off of their second drives. This way, we still have the current environment on the first (drive 0). The problem I am having is that if the vfstab on the current env is different from the one in the flash archive, Live Upgrade will put the current one in place on the second drive, not the vfstab from the flash archive. The vfstab from the flash archive is on the system as /etc/vfstab.orig. I have read through the man pages and I cannot find any reference to this behavior. Is there a way to override this, or does anyone know of a better solution. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian
