We have 100 Netra T1 servers, each one has two disk. Once a while we
receive error messages in /var/adm/messages log indicating second disk
is bad. The disk is made from either IBM or SEAGATE vendor. We keep
records and notice that the bad disk is always occurring on second disk
NOT primary disk. Do you have any ideas why second disk has problem but
not primary one?

There is one controller and two targets as shown below.

/dev/dsk/c0t0d0 ===> Primary disk
/dev/dsk/c0t1d0 ===> Secondary disk

Regards,
David
