Hi all
Sorry for the confusion ..the last mail the defaultgateway which i entered
id is just for eaxmple only.Still i am getting the same problem.Ok here is
my DG 151.132.**.*** and hostname.eri0 is newserver3.I think i have to
reinstall once and give a try.The blow one was my last mail
(( This is the continuation of my yesterday post.U know i am facing
different
kind of problem i never faced.After installtion (solaris 8 on sunfire e280R)
i modify /etc/hosts,.....all files.If i add default gateway thro this
command
route add net default 100.100.10.0 .Then everything working fine.But at the
same time if i create a file defaultrouter and add a entry 100.100.10.0 then
reboot.That'it when i boot it's says eri0 bad address error and even ater
that i could't able to use the same route add ..command.It says route add
...network unreachable??Anyone any idea...this very very very urgent. ))))
