[SUMMARY] E4000 problems

Hi all,
Many thanks to all that replied, too numerous to mention each
individually.

At 4pm last night we had a Sun guy out here to replace the downed
hardware - one system board, and the peripheral PSU. Due to the faulty
system board, there were major CPU problems, and once that was replaced
the full compliment of memory and CPUs worked.
There are still a couple of problems with the application, but I will be
thrashing that out with the developer - I am the DBA here.

G'day,
I'm having some major problems with the load on my E4000. Can anyone
tell me if this prtdiag output tells them anything? The system is
currently running at a "load" of 26, and the application that is running
is performing very badly. Interestingly enough, Oracle, which is also
on there, is running quite nicely.
