MAC/IP filtering

Hello

I want to know if there is a software based solution to filter packets
using some firewall techniques using rules based on MAC/IP pair ?
Something like IPFilter, but with more strict policy, that will allow
pass IP packet with source address x only if it comes from machine with
MAC address y.

Any ideas would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance for you kind
replies.
