Greetings,
I am running SunVTS 5.1 on a Sunfire 280R. The physical memory test
(pmemtest) is failing with error code 8004. The error message is
"Unable to read pointer to memlist structure.". This seems odd since
I'm running as root. I'm using the GUI and mainly going with the
defaults.
The system is Solaris 2.8 with kernel patch level 108528-20. I don't
seem to be able to find any useful information about this in the
manuals. If anyone knows what the causes of this might be or where it
might be documented, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
