Thanks to John Benjamins and Grant Schoep I've been informed that
Tadpolecycle has change their name back to Tadpole.
They have a link under Services & Support / FAQ's to their FTP server,
however, the FTP server is not acceping anonymous logins. A call into
their contact line is currently underway.
