SparcStation IPC POST blink codes?

I have a SparcStation IPC (4/40) that won't POST. It gets as far as
printing "Testing Memory" and then hangs. It then blinks 1,7 on the power
led in an infinite loop. Is there a resource somewhere that lists/explains
the blink codes?
