hi all,
I have sybase 11.5.1 in sun ultra10, unexpectedly the sun was restart
automaticaly. While the sun up we found that our application couldn't connect
to the sybase. we already try to connect the sybase manually but it always
failed.we also try to restart the machine ( using init 6) but it still not
work properlly
how to find whether the sybase start or stop ?
is there any posibility that the ports which connect to sybase already close
and how to open it?
what port usually use by sybase to make connection with sun ?
