can't clear printer queue

I have a print queue that I cannot clear.
the printer is a network printer

lpstat -o gives:

lpz_crm-118 ARBOR!applprd 2171 May 13 11:31

The printer is ok, but we can't send jobs. The printer is not printing.

I have tried

#cancel lpz_crm-118
cannot dequeue scz_crm-118
#cancel -u applprd
cannot dequeue scz_crm-118
#lprm -P lpz_crm
cannot dequeue scz_crm-118

The name of the queue is diferent, I don't understand this!!!!!!!!!!
What do I need to do to manually delete this job?
