client keeps rebooting in middle of jumpstart - help!

Has anyone seen anything like this ever?
My new jumpstart client keeps rebooting in the middle of the jumpstart,
it will be installing some packages and right in the middle of that it will
reboot and ruin the install.
any ideas?

here is a screen shot of the problem, it reboots in the middle of
installing "sudo"
