Hi,
I'm running PC Netlink 2.0 on Solaris 8 and have two Network HP printers
running off of this server, a Colour Laser jet 4550 and a LaserJet4MV. I
have configured the spool using HP's jetdirect software and shared the
printers through PC Netlink to clients running windows 2000. I have a
problem where when printing a document containing graphics (jpg, gif, etc)
to the HP4550, the job fails, but will work when printed to the HP4MV. I can
however print the jpg or gif from the solaris box no problems. Plain text
can be printed to the printer with no problems also.
I've updated the model scripts and tried changing the printing language to
PS and PCL, but to no avail. Can anyone could shed some light on this
problem?
