I tried xset per Tim Evans suggestion but that doesn't seem to be a
globally authoritative setting. Also the Login screen blanks after a
while as well.

The screensaver section is set to 0 0 for timeout and cycle. I also
used xset s off to turn off screensaver. The style manager doesn't seem
to work globally. I want to be able to set this up so that when a
system is added or a user is added to a system a command can permanently
disable all power management features for all displays, no matter what
is on the display (i.e. dtlogin). It can't be absolutely necessary to
run dtpower as every new user to turn off screensaver and screen
locking.

I have read and searched all over but have found no definitive way of
disabling all screensaver and power options on Solaris 8 with CDE.
I need for the monitors to always be on, no matter what. I have
uninstalled all of the power packages and I am not sure what else needs
to happen. The screen still goes blank after a long amount of time. I
would rather that this was not an option instead of just running dtpower
and setting the time-out to 10000 minutes.
Sorry for the simple question but I just am not able to dig this one up.
