Filesystem corruption problem

Greetings gurus,

We've got a SAN set up with 2 Storage Tek (4400 and 2400) arrays connected
to a 2 brocade silkworm 2800s. Both of these are connected to a E4500 and
a E450.

The 4500 and 450 are both running Solaris 8 108528-13

The E4500 is running Oracle, NFS services, PBS (Portable Batch System for
clustering to a bunch of linux machines)
The E450 is a fail-over machine.

The filesystems are being presented to Veritas Volume Manager for software
mirroring.

The problems we're seeing is :

1. 4mb/sec copies over the filesystems
2. when we cp a file from one location on the SAN to another and CMP (the
files are over 1GB .gz log files) the CMP results are showing that the
files are different.

Has anyone else here seen this behavior?

-MC
