How to find out CPU and memory details

Hi List,

i need to find out the specs of builtin CPU and RAM for different systems; all
run Solaris 2.6, the affected machines are E450's and E250's.
Background: one of the boxes is under extreme load; its a E450 with 2 CPU's
and 2,5 GByte RAM. Other boxes are either idling or totally switched off;
which gave me the idea that it should be simple to just swap CPUs into the
busy one. However our distributor said its not that easy, and requested the
details...i know that the machine tells me about it when i switch in on, but
as some of the systems are productive (even though mostly idling), i cannot
take them down.

Any idea? And comments regarding the hardware swap thing?

TIA,

Daniel Denes
