Hi Sun-Gurus,

This is in reference to my previous mail later on I
found there is on routine in the jumpstart startup
file for reading sysidcfg file , then I modefied
startup file so that it will read sysidcfg file .

I'm able to make read sysidcfg file in 2.5.1 but still
it asking the same system identification questions I'm
using the same sysidcfg file which is working
perfectly in Solaris 2.7.

is the contents of sysidcfg file are different for
2.5.1 as in 2.7 as for 2.7 system starts with system
locale but in 2.5.1 its different .

please let me know the solution for this here I'm
putting up my sysidcfg contents also :

system_locale
timezone
timeserver
network_interface
root_password

what else I need to put in the begining for
Solaris2.5.1 so that it reads the sysidcfg file
correctly.

Is there any other standard way for Solaris 2.5.1
custom jumpstart as here I need to modify the standard
startup file.

Thanks and Regards,
Gargi
