Sunire 280R, Solaris 8 10/01 patched, VxVM 3.2

On this boxen, I've set up the two 36-g FC-AL disks as its own diskgroup FDG
with external disk packs as boot subsystems managed by SDS with a minimal
slice based rootDG. Everything is working out fine on this FCDG disk group
until started getting a disk FAILING message in vxprint. I checked my logs -
no errors are being reported by the kernel. Format shows the disk as intact
and I am still able to write to volumes on the disk. Should I be alarmed by
this already and probaly schedule a reseat of the pluggable FC disk?

dcsn03 # vxdisk -g fcdg list
DEVICE TYPE DISK GROUP STATUS
c3t0d0s2 sliced disk0 fcdg online
c3t1d0s2 sliced disk1 fcdg online

dcsn03 # vxprint -d -g fcdg
TY NAME ASSOC KSTATE LENGTH PLOFFS STATE TUTIL0
PUTIL0
dm disk0 c3t0d0s2 - 71121402 - - - -
dm disk1 c3t1d0s2 - 71121402 - FAILING - -

Thanks.
