NetBackup slave to master

I realize this is off topic, but I'll ask anyway. I've got two separate
sites, each with an E6500. One 6500 is a NetBackup master server, the
other a slave. Is it possible, in the event of a disaster, to change
the slave into the master? Assume we have a copy of the NetBackup
databases and that we've used NetBackup's ability to make duplicate
backup images (so we have a copy of all backups at both sites). I
welcome your feedback.
