SUMMARY: Problems with SUNWsan package install

Thanks to all who responded.. The solution was a lot easier than I thought.
:-)

pkgadd -d SUNWsan SUNWsan> /dev/null 2>&1

Redirecting all output to /dev/null seems to do the trick. Thanks to:
