Hi
Is there any way of controlling an L1000 robot by software commands? It
seems that solstice backup has become confused about the state of the
jukebox, with the result it can't mount a tape, because it thinks the tape
drive is empty but in fact there's a tape there.
I've tried restarting the solstice software, but the jukebox is at a remote
site so kicking it isn't a physical practicality right now ;)
