/usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/prtdiag -v
reported no errors (output at the bottom) and /var/adm/messages is empty
since rotating 21 April 2002 at 3:10 AM. My UPS began beeping indicating that
the batteries should be replaced in the next 60 days, but didn't cut power. It
must have done something, though. The UPS is a APC smartUPS 3000. The server
is production and cannot be rebooted until after 8:00PM EST. While pushing
hard on the power cords for both power supplies on the back of the server the
light went out, so it might be a coincidence that the UPS beeped and the cord
came lose.
