Hello everybody,
I am trying to use a Compaq raid array 4000 with a Sun E3500, I tried
connecting to the storage array via a Compaq storage hub7 using Sun
FC-AL SBus Host Adapter (FC100/S)
( x6730a ) on the E3500---and this setup does not work. I tried using
the adapter on a ultra2 and it did not work. I am wondering if it is
mandatory to use a storage works HBA on the E3500 to connect to the
ra4000.
I am hoping that there is someone out there with a solution to my
situation , any help will be greatly appreciated.
