problem whit sendmail

Hi dear partners:

         I install sendmail 8.12.3 whit procmail and i want to run this like
:
O DefaultUser user:group
O RunAsUser user

  but this error is in the log files when i run the server...
SYSERR(root): openmailer: insufficient privileges to change gid

  Any ideas?
