Netscape Enterprize server hangs suddenly

Hi all,

I am facing a strange problem since one month with my netscape
enterprize server on my solaris 2.7. The description of the problem is
as follows:

I have a SUN E420 machine with enough resources. presently we are
running netscape enterprize server and sendmail server.
>From last few days we are facing a strange problem.

My Enterprise server, which is my webserver stops responding suddengly.
If I try to restart the enterprise server it gives an error similar to
the following:

Unable to bind to port 80, server cannot be started.

The only way to bring up my server is reboot the machine.

Please help in solving this problem.
