Netgroup LDAP perl script

Hi,

I'm trying to write a little perl script to add a value to an LDAP
attribute. In this case, add a user to a netgroup in ldap.

For some reason it isn't updating the attribute. I'm wondering if anyone
has any thoughts on this?
