I recently upgraded 3 SPARC Ultra-2 and 1 SPARC Ultra-1 machines from
Solaris 6 to Solaris 8 with the jumbo kernel patch version 108528-13.
After the upgrade I noticed the two problems below:
1. The 4 machines kill the user's CDE and bumps the user out to the login
prompt after working for a few hours locks.
2. Users are atimes bumped out to the login prompt when they attempt to
login. This happens more often when trying to login as root.
Both problems occur without any descriptive error messages.
The only message I get from the Xerrors file is this:
Wed Apr 3 11:17:40 2002
error (pid 500): Server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly 0
