Problem with cdrom on ultra 450.

Hello,

I am trying to boot from cdrom on a Ultra 450. When I do a boot cdrom and get
Device not ready? Trap 3e messages. I tried to to do a boot -r and a
/reconfigure on the system. This did not work. Also the cdrom does not work when
the system is up and runnind. The /dev/sr0 is linked to /dev/dsk/c1t6d0s2. There
is not entry in the /dev/dsk/c1t6d0s2.

Does any one know how I can fix this problem? I look every where for a solution.
